Harbourfront Centre, on Toronto’s downtown waterfront, is an innovative not-for-profit cultural organization that creates events and activities of excellence that enliven, educate and entertain a diverse public.

On the cutting edge of all that is current and creative, Harbourfront Centre brings together the best in both Canadian culture and the rich mosaic of cultures from within our country and around the world.

Governed by a 26-person community-based volunteer Board of Directors and attracting millions of local as well as international visitors every year, Harbourfront Centre seeks to inspire through the magic of the creative spirit by producing and/or presenting internationally renowned programming in the arts, culture, education and recreation, all within a collection of distinctive venues spanning 10-acres.

Diversity has always been at the heart of Harbourfront Centre. It is present in the lakeside places and spaces the centre encompasses, in the multitude of cultures and backgrounds it celebrates, in the eclectic programming, engagement and entertainment it provides, and in the broad range of people it attracts to this vibrant home for the culture of our time.
